Terms of Service
These are the terms for using Disco. By creating an account you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use Disco.
Your account
- You must be 13 or older to use Disco.
- You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials safe.
- One person, one account. Don't impersonate someone else.
Your content
Reviews, ratings, and other content you post are yours. By posting them on Disco you grant us a license to display them inside the app and on the Disco website, so other users can see your reviews as intended.
Acceptable use
Please don't:
- Post hateful, harassing, or illegal content.
- Spam, scrape, or abuse the service or other users.
- Try to break, reverse-engineer, or work around the app's security.
- Impersonate artists, other users, or Disco staff.
We moderate. Disco reserves the right to remove content or terminate accounts that break these rules. Our in-app report feature is the fastest way to flag something.
Music data
Disco uses third-party APIs (Apple Music, Spotify) to look up songs, albums, and artists. Those services have their own terms, and availability of any specific piece of music depends on them.
No warranty
Disco is provided "as is". We work hard to keep things running but we can't guarantee the service will always be available or that every feature will work perfectly.
Changes
If these terms change materially we'll note it in-app. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
